This is the job
- Coordination of interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers and partners – even if calendars are full and priorities shift in the short term
- Reception and support of the candidates: on site so that they feel well looked after at Eraneos from the beginning
- Clean data and smooth processes in Workday: Record applications, maintain status, send invitations and rejections and prepare reports
- Support in the organization of career fairs, university events and internal recruiting events as well as participation in job advertisements and LinkedIn contributions
- Support for the recruiting team in day-to-day business – with their own ideas on how to streamline and accelerate processes
This job is for you if
- You have a commercial education, a degree program, an HR assistant training or a comparable education.
- Your first experience in HR, recruiting or an assistant or have gathered coordination function, like in a consultation or agency.
- Service for you is a matter of course: you answer inquiries quickly, keep track of many parallel appointments and stay friendly when things get hectic.
- You work carefully and deal discreetly with personal data.
- You stylishly speak German and good English (min. B2) and write.

- Experience with Workday or another applicant management system
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
