- Oversee the planning and delivery of the R2R transformation roadmap.

- Oversee the planning and delivery of the R2R transformation roadmap.
- Ensure effective portfolio prioritization, proactive resource planning, and project tracking.
- Ensure business case development, investment monitoring, and benefits realization.

- Coach project managers and promote project management best practices across the organization.
- Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate process communications in collaboration with project teams.
- Act as Project Manager for strategic initiatives as required. Your Background
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience leading complex global projects and transformation programs, within Finance or Record to Report.
- Solid project portfolio management, governance, planning, and budgeting experience.
- Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial
- Effective at managing stakeholder relationships, communicating with clarity, and gaining support for initiatives.
- Highly developed presentation skills and a solid ability to analyze information, supported by advanced PowerPoint knowledge.
