• Professional reception and warm support of our customers as the first point of contact of our company
• Operation of the telephone exchange and forwarding of requests to the relevant departments
• Technical management and organisation of the reception area
• Supervision and support of learners in the commercial sector as practical trainers
• Support for administrative and organisational tasks
• Arrangement of workshop appointments and opening of workshop orders
• Cash processing and the administration and accounting of daily income
• Assistance at exhibitions and customer events
• Ensuring a well-kept and welcoming appearance of the reception area your profile
• Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training ideally with experience in training and accompanying apprentices
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and pronounced service orientation
• Friendly, winning and communicative personality with well-groomed manners
• Independent, reliable and structured working method
• Resilience and flexibility even in hectic situations
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous
