- Preparation and analysis of quality feedbacks and repairs from the secondary operation and the field, communication with reporters and converters
- Product-specific field analysis in coordination with service, development and production
Main responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of quality feedbacks and repairs from the secondary operation and the field, communication with reporters and converters
- Product-specific field analysis in coordination with service, development and production
- Comprehensively prepare complex analysis results and convey them in a manner appropriate to the target group
- Derivation, prioritization and cross-sectoral coordination of targeted improvement measures
- Guide the quality control loops field to focus topics from the second-in-commissioning and the field
- Regular exchange with global complaint management
- Measurement and verification of the effectiveness of corrective measures implemented
- Implementation of the QMS target agreement process incl. KPI- Monitoring
- Control of projects implementing automated error detection tools
- Extensive training and further education offer

Company and context
- Support the service organization in compliance, design and optimization of relevant (Q-) service processes
- Participation in development projects and customer centricity initiatives What we are looking for
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable technical training
- Practical experience in commissioning, service or maintenance of complex laser systems is advantageous
- Experience in quality and process management (method competence)
- Strong analytical competence and data affinity Safe handling of MS-Office
- Experience with Jira, SIS, SAP, PowerBI or FAS is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least B2 level)
- Good English skills in word and writing (at least B2 level) What we offer
