Role overview
- As a quality inspector for outgoing goods (m/f/d), you ensure compliance with customer-specific specifications for shipping material.
- You carry out visual and measurement checks for damage and dimensional accuracy.
- You also create COCs, completion reports and error messages according to the process.
- Labeling and prepackaging spare parts and supplies according to product and customer requirements is also part of your area of responsibility.
- Identification of spare and supplier parts according to specifications
- Releasing and blocking products in outgoing goods
- Participation and support in customer acceptances
- Checking the Q certificates for completeness and accuracy
- Put together parts ranges according to the order
- Preparation of the items including the associated quality documents for external acceptance
- Participation in incoming goods inspection
- Completed mechanical apprenticeship with ideally additional training in quality assurance (QA)
- Further training in measurement technology, at least AUKOM 1 and VT1&2 is required
- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance in the field of length measurement technology
- Good knowledge of the methods and procedures of quality assurance and measurement technology
- Good knowledge of relevant IT applications and reporting tools (MS Office, SAP Q module, PPS systems)
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, EN9100 would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and interpreting them
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Assertiveness, decision-making skills, motivated and a team player
