- Local management and coordination of undertakings involved in the construction
- Control and monitoring of construction from realisation to handover
- Ensuring professional, economical and high-quality execution
- Active site presence and coordination of all parties involved during the implementation phase
- Audit of business invoices and handover of construction documentation Schedule, cost and quality control Establishment and monitoring of schedules
- Ongoing cost control and support for project cost accounting
- Examination and release of reports, delivery notes and direct work

Key requirements
- Professional qualifications
- Degree as a Dipl.
- Construction manager* in HFP or Dipl.
- Technician* in HF construction planning or adequate training
- Several years of experience as a construction or project manager, preferably from industrial, civil or building construction in Switzerland
- Experience in construction cost planning, calculation, scheduling, contract management, and tendering (deviation)
- Familiarity with industry-standard software packages for construction management (Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office, MS-Project)
- Knowledge of construction products, design details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Personal competences Leadership and assertive personality
- Self-employed and structured working methods
- High resilience and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication in dealing with clients, entrepreneurs and specialist planners
