For our new development team at the heart of the People & Culture product landscape, we are looking for a product owner. You take responsibility from day one and bring your own ideas and visions – in a complex product environment where you experiment and learn.

• In this role, you are responsible for HR systems and data as well as recruiting products. Within Area Order Management, you play an important role in your development team and build an understanding of processes and software solutions.
• Together with your stakeholders in the area of People & Culture and your Scrum Team, you develop and live the product vision. You are responsible for the development of the product roadmap and the product backlog and ensure their transparency
• The interaction between internal and external systems, the interfaces and the quality of the collected data
• With the solutions of your Scrum team, you create added value for the company and our employees
• The content maturation process of projects and user stories is overseen from the idea through acceptance to the feedback cycles. Together with the Scrum Team, you live as an example of a continuous improvement process
• You look at the processes on site in the business and accompany the necessary improvement steps up to the introduction and beyond. You act in your area of responsibility as an entrepreneur

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience: In an agile environment - a reference to People & Culture or Human Resources is ideal, but not a requirement
• Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): In a relevant area
• Growing system landscapes and mountains of data make your heart beat faster – for joy, of course
• In the area of digital products and system interfaces, you have proven experience
• You master the product owner role, create added value for our employees and have in-depth experience in agile requirements engineering and software product development
• Intrinsically motivated you live the vision of a product from the strategy to the detail of the solution and tease your team
• When dealing with various stakeholders, you are skilled
• The willingness to question “as it has always been done” and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions
