- Management of strategically relevant projects of medium to high complexity and jointly responsible for the further development of processes, services and operational framework conditions in cooperation with different professional groups

- Development of innovative solutions and new care models along the patient path together with specialist departments and clinics

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (University/FH/ETH) in Health Economics, Economics or Social Sciences or Medicine/Care with additional economic knowledge
- Further training in project management desired
- Several years of experience in managing complex, cross-divisional projects, ideally in the health or hospital sector
- Solution-oriented personality with rapid comprehension, networked thinking and structured working methods
- Strong service orientation as well as step-by-step and convincing communication and presentation skills
