Your tasks

• You lead your team in a goal-oriented manner, further develop the employees and ensure a high quality of services.
• You are responsible for establishing and operating a lean Project & Quality Management with portfolio overview, methods, templates and reporting.
• You take on independent project management and work operationally in strategic and cross-divisional projects.
• You control project planning, progress, dependencies, risks and resources, and provide transparency at all levels.
• You establish pragmatic delivery and collaboration models and promote a balanced combination of agile and classical methods.
• You are responsible for quality management and develop standards, reviews, test coordination and continuous improvement measures.
• You work closely with the CIO Office in demand and portfolio management and ensure clear responsibilities between management and implementation.
• You will empower project leaders and teams in methodology, governance and tooling, and ensure transparent status and risk reporting.

Your profile

• You have a university degree or a comparable education and training.
• You bring several years of experience in project or program management as well as in the establishment and operation of a project & quality management.
• You have successfully managed and implemented complex projects and cross-sectoral projects.
• You have in-depth knowledge of quality and test management and move confidently in agile, classical and hybrid project environments.
• You bring leadership experience and understand how to empower and develop employees and teams.
• You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high quality awareness.
• You convince through strong communication and moderation skills as well as a professional and partnership-like appearance.
• You communicate stylishly in German and English and are enthusiastic about new technologies and modern working methods.
