- Ensure the achievement of project goals in terms of deadlines, budget, quality, security and customer satisfaction.
- Planning, coordination and control of all project activities to ensure successful and timely project implementation.
- Active stakeholder management as well as building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, internal teams and partners.
- Proactive identification, evaluation and management of risks, opportunities, changes and project dependencies.
- Monitoring project performance, including cost, revenue, forecast and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and accurate and timely project reporting.
