Main responsibilities
- Responsive complex, cross-departmental projects from planning to successful implementation
- Guide, structure and develop concepts and basis for decision-making for management decisions
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitors' activities, identify growth opportunities and optimization potentials and derive appropriate measures
- Planning, optimizing and presenting the results in address-oriented reports and presentations
- Build, maintain and optimize tools for promotional control
Key requirements
- Multiannual professional experience in Category Management, Purchasing, Sales or Marketing
- Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade or a similar discipline
- Comprehensive experience in the planning, coordination and successful implementation of complex, cross-sector projects
- Knowledge of the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns
- Experience in dealing with market research and analysis tools as well as familiarity with CRM systems, promotion tools and data analysis software
- Secure handling of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
