Company and context
- Training in HR or Business Informatics / Business Administration (FH/HF) as well as further training in organizational development
- Experience in project management (classical or agile) and support of transformation projects
- High self-employment as well as the motivation to take on and promote topics independently
- Strong IT affinity and interest in HR systems (SuccessFactors, Abacus) and digital solutions
