- Responsibility for cost, deadline and quality management
- Monitoring of projects from execution planning to handover
- Leadership of entrepreneurs, specialist planners and external partners
- Ensure smooth communication between all project participants

- Training as a construction manager:in, high-end designator:in or equivalent technical training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
- Strong architectural understanding and high structural demands
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, French is an advantage CAD knowledge is advantageous
- Knowledge of Messerli Baua and MS Project is an advantage Messerli Baua MS Project
