Main responsibilities
- Ensuring that the project portfolio data and related projects are up-to-date and maintained in accordance with the principles of the PDAG
- Implementation of standard dates with internal and external project managers to ensure compliance with PDAG project governance (financial planning/budgeting, project, resource planning, project documentation, etc.)
- Establishment, further development and implementation of processes that ensure the completeness and up-to-date nature of the project portfolio in the PDAG internal project management system PQforce
- You support the Head of PMO & Projects in anchoring a company-wide, standardized project methodology that enables PDAG and its business units to achieve targeted, effective and efficient project execution.
- Build, establish and further develop the standardization and scaling of PMO processes
