WHERE WE SEE YOU As Project and Process Manager Support (m/f/d) She is responsible for logistics at the Zurich location for strategic topics as well as for managing, handling and monitoring projects. Specifically, you take on the following tasks:
- Monitoring of all ongoing projects (dates, costs, risks)
- Status reporting on the projects to the management of logistics
- Analysis and optimization of logistics processes
- Evaluations and process questions in SAP based on deep SAP knowledge
- Interface to production, purchasing, sales and IT in projects
- Preparation of decision documents and presentations
- Supporting logistics planning WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
- Completed degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain or comparable
- Several years of experience in logistics, ideally with project responsibility
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP (MM, SD)
- Process understanding of the entire logistics and supply chains
- Experience in project monitoring
