Main responsibilities
- You accompany, promote and empower students in the post-graduate intensive care pediatrics / neonatology (NDS) in demanding clinical everyday life.
- You design individual learning processes in learning and working communities and ensure a close link between theory and practice.
- You plan and conduct training interviews, qualifications and learning documentation with clear, appreciative communication.
- You teach on learning transfer days and actively participate in educational and development projects.
- You work closely with care experts, the interprofessional treatment team and specialist and educational partners.
- You represent the educational concerns of the neonatal intensive care unit in the management team (management, subject and education). Requirements A Postgraduate Degree (NDS) in Intensive Care IPP/IPE.
- Professional experience in neonatology and/or pediatrics.
- Pedagogical training (SVEB certificate or CAS in education) or the willingness to complete it.
- Enjoy working with students as well as the ability to encourage them in a motivating and individual way.
