- You are the first contact person for educational topics in thoracic surgery and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment in the team
- You participate in projects, working groups and further development processes, especially in education and quality development
- You work actively in thoracic surgical patient care and are a professional role model in clinical everyday life Requirements
- Dipl.
- Nurse HF/FH with proven continuing education (e.g. SVEB, CAS or equivalent)
- Experience in guiding and accompanying learners and students as well as good knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Safety in the implementation of certificates of competence and enjoyment of practical, structured educational work
