- For our specialized bed ward in Visceral and Transplant Surgery (South C) we are looking for dedicated professional trainers: inner care.

- You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of learners and students and support them in their learning process.
- You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in close cooperation with those responsible for education
- You will conduct entry, location, competence and qualification interviews and document learning processes in a comprehensible and structured way.
- You are the first contact person for educational topics on the station and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment
- You advise and support the nursing team in the guidance of learners and strengthen the educational competence in everyday life
- You implement quality assurance measures and actively participate in the further development of educational processes
- You are involved in projects, working groups and in the learning and working community (LAG)
- You are actively involved in patient care and are a professional and educational role model in clinical everyday life Requirements
