- Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
- Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
- Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
- Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.

- A self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of municipal , industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
- Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products .
- Experience process engineering , project management, market-oriented business/product development and international work within a water treatment sector.
- Ideally experience from Global Product Management, alternatively local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar .
