- Strategische Weiterentwicklung definierter Command-&-Control-Produkte und Produktfamilien im Bereich Ground Based Air Defence
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien, Produkt-Roadmaps und Business Cases mit Fokus C2 auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen, Markttrends und technologischen Entwicklungen
- Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologiebewertungen sowie Erhebung, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Kundenanforderungen
- Ableitung von Innovations- und Produktverbesserungsmassnahmen
- Aufbau und Moderation von User Groups sowie Etablierung von Roadmap Participation und Feature-Voting-Prozessen mit Kunden und Nutzern
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Software- und Lizenzgeschäftsmodellen inklusive geeigneter Pricing-Ansätze für zukünftige C2-Produkte und Funktionen
- Mitgestaltung des Idea-to-Product-Prozesses von der ersten Produktidee bis zur Markteinführung sowie Begleitung von Produktvalidierungen beim Kunden
- Unterstützung von Business Development, Bid Management und Vertrieb bei Ausschreibungen, Kampagnen, Kundenpräsentationen und der Positionierung unserer Produkte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering und Softwareentwicklung bei Architekturentscheidungen, Konzeptreviews, Produktinkrementen und Releases
