Main responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, low-latency platform services in C++ and Java that reliably serve millions of users.
- Develop robust distributed microservices and RPC-based architectures, specializing in real-time voice/audio processing and streaming protocols.
- Create and optimize ML pipelines, overseeing dataset management, data processing, and frameworks for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Perform root-cause complex failures across multi-service environments, establish robust architectural guardrails, and lead data-driven change management using A/B testing, log analysis, and metrics.
- Collaborate directly with internal developers and end-users to identify friction points, author clear technical design documents, and foster high-alignment engineering discussions.

- 5 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale ML infrastructure and distributed systems.
