- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs across a range of IT and technology categories
- Analyse supplier proposals and provide well-reasoned recommendations to support supplier selection and sourcing decisions
- Drive commercial negotiations and contracting with technology suppliers, ensuring favourable outcomes for Swiss Re
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Category Managers and business stakeholders across Bratislava, Zurich, London and beyond throughout the sourcing process
- Support supplier due diligence, onboarding and procurement compliance activities
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and commercial improvements across categories
- Contribute to global category and supplier strategies, helping shape how Swiss Re engages with its technology supply base About the Team
- You will be joining Swiss Re's global Procurement organisation, a team dedicated to sourcing technology solutions that power one of the world's leading reinsurance companies.
- The team covers a broad range of IT categories — including software, SaaS, cloud, IT services, connectivity, licensing and hardware — and works closely with Category Managers and business stakeholders across multiple international locations.
