Main responsibilities
- Our customers, whom you delight with a smile and your positive charisma as soon as they enter our branch.
- With a lot of humanity and bilingually (German/French), you approach our customers with holistic, basic advice.
- Your team, because together with them you will identify existing customer potential and further develop customer relationships.
- Existing customers who you can advise and inspire about Migros Bank over the phone with your winning and friendly manner.
Key requirements
- 1-3 years: Private customer advice
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Bank or insurance company
- German (business fluent) French (very good knowledge): German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language.
- Initial experience in advising private customers as well as the necessary specialist knowledge in the areas of saving, financing, investing with funds and pension provision so that you can advise our customers professionally.
- A flair and joy in recognizing customer needs, so that it is easy for you to get customers excited about the right financial solutions.
