- Managing calls and redirecting to the relevant contacts
- Reception of employees for their administrative procedures
- Administrative management of employee entry and exit Specific participation:
- Contribute to an IT project linked to time management within the HR department (tests, monitoring, implementation of new processes, documentation) Your strengths
- Strong interest in administrative management and human resources Ease in oral and written communication
