Your mission
- First assistant to the store manager
- Assist with planning and managing 15 to 35 employees
- Take on responsibilities in the store and actively support store employees
- Ensure customer satisfaction and apply the retail standards in the store
- Order and display merchandise
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar field
- Ideally, completed vocational training in retail
- Management skills, preferably with some initial experience
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
- Availability, flexibility and resilience to stress
- Very good written and spoken French
