Main responsibilities
- Preparation of pizzas, focaccia and other specialties Organisation of the assigned item Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
- Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
- Acceptance, control and clearing of orders for goods
- Supporting the chef in compliance with quality and safety standards Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: as Pizzaiolo
- Completed initial or continuing education: Completed training as a chef or pizzaiolo
- Experience with the traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
- You are a service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality You are a host with body and soul
- You have a quick apprehension, are a team player and used to working independently
- You have good manners and a well-groomed external appearance. German (flowing) Italian (advantageous) Cosa of Friamo
