- As the first point of contact, you will manage our telephone and the central e-mail inbox and ensure that requests are processed quickly and reliably.
- You transfer bookings to the service planning system (PEP) and thus support correct planning.
- The management team counts on your support for administrative tasks, for example in the registration of new employees.
- With your eye for detail, you keep data up-to-date and contribute to efficient processes.
- Thanks to your structured working method, everything goes well behind the scenes. Requirements
- You bring a commercial education or experience in a comparable administrative function.
- MS Office is part of your everyday work, especially Excel you use safely and routinely.
- You communicate stylishly in German and easily understand Swiss German.
- Self-employment, reliability and a pronounced service orientation distinguish you.
