Application process
- You apply for, monitor and admonish cost-benefit languages and coordinate their extensions and reconsideration applications with insurance companies and cantons
- You check and edit error lists and ensure that missing information is added in a timely manner and that the cost guarantees are complete
- You clarify patient data directly with insurance, resident controls and cantonal authorities
- You maintain a professional and solution-oriented exchange with patients: their relatives as well as with insurance companies, authorities and employers – by telephone and in writing
- With your careful and reliable way of working, you contribute to ensuring the administrative and financial conditions for the inpatient treatment of our patients: inside Requirements
- You have a basic commercial education and have several years of professional experience in health and/or social security
- You know the processes of stationary cost protection and ideally have in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal foundations, in particular KVG, UVG and VVG as well as the DRG system.
- Medical terminology is familiar to you or you are motivated to acquire appropriate knowledge
