- Von der Bedarfsklärung bis zum erfolgreichen Einstieg gestaltest du den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess mit
- HR-Kennzahlen und Personalressourcen hast du im Blick und unterstützt den Filialleiter bei der Planung
- In HR-Projekten entwickelst du Prozesse mit Blick auf Qualität, Effizienz und die Bedürfnisse unserer Mitarbeitenden weiter Profil:
- Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und ein HR-Fachausweis gehören zu deinem Rucksack
