Completed training as a polymechanic or machine mechanic/EFZ or equivalent

Several years of professional and industrial experience in the maintenance of production plants and machines

Main responsibilities

  • In order to succeed a long-standing specialist, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the maintenance of our production plants and machines.
  • The training takes place over a longer handover phase by the previous vacant holder.
  • Implementation of the planned maintenance according to the maintenance plan and troubleshooting during ongoing operation
  • Maintenance, maintenance and repair of our production plants and machines: from welding and robotic plants to surface treatment plants to machine tools
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving on mechanical equipment as well as ensuring availability and operational readiness
  • Participation in general maintenance of equipment and building infrastructure
  • Deputy and cooperation as required in the workshop hand welding machines (maintenance and recurring inspections)
  • Ordering spare parts and participating in meaningful spare parts management
  • In-house production of spare parts that can no longer be procured or only with long delivery periods
  • Order and feedback recording as well as documentation of maintenance and test work in our IT systems
