One or one urban planner (80-100%) with the Territorial Development Service in Sion The overall mission of the Territorial Development Service is to ensure the coordination of human activities with territorial impact by planning the evolution of the cantonal territory and accompanying stakeholders. Your tasks:
You contribute to the implementation and development of the cantonal management plan, in particular with regard to intercommunal collaboration projects (agglomeration projects, intercommunal management plans, etc.) You contribute to the evolution of cantonal legal bases You contribute, according to the different roles of the SDT (piloting, coordination, support), to the development of planning instruments (plans, reports, regulations) federal, cantonal, intercommunal and communal as well as guides, recommendations or basic studies You develop in the framework of procedures for consulting files of notice, from the point of view of legality and timeliness You advise, on the basis of an analysis from them, the communes and their agents (planners, architects, ...) and third parties (owners, companies, ...) in their reflections on planning instruments
You guarantee the coherence of projects with territorial impact and the conformity of planning instruments with federal and cantonal laws, as well as with federal sectoral plans and the cantonal management plan You ensure coordination between the various partners (federal offices, communes, agents, state services) in the processing or development of planning instruments
