- Actively shape the therapeutic and organizational further development of the offer
- Supervision, further education and promotion of the subordinated staff
- Responsibility for professional clinical documentation
- Active co-design and further development of the clinical offer for students
- Participation in internal and cross-divisional projects as well as in committees
- Representation of the day clinic in regional networking committees
- Participation in the senior medical background service of the KJPP
- Specialist training as well as in teaching and further education tasks
- Experience in leadership and/or appreciative communication skills
