- Your activities and responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate and communicate with different functional relationships
- Hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in ASSC
- Experience in acute care or palliative care, ideally at least 1 year Proficiency in French
Main responsibilities
- Your activities and responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate and communicate with different functional relationships
- Participate in the management of complex symptoms in acute palliative patients
- Support and accompany families and loved ones of end-of-life patients, focusing on global well-being and quality of life
- Foster and develop interdisciplinary collaboration
- Perform medical-technical acts under the responsibility of nursing staff
- Ensure the quality of care in a bio-psycho-social dimension of patients
- Identify the needs and habits of patients and respond appropriately, prioritizing autonomy and preventing risks
- Participate in actions in crisis and end-of-life situations
- Commit to training and staying informed about the latest developments in your professional activity
Key requirements
- Hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in ASSC
- Experience in acute care or palliative care, ideally at least 1 year Proficiency in French
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, Soarian...)
