Main responsibilities
- Care, support and advice for patients, patients aged 65 and over and their relatives, especially in complex situations Implementing the individual care process
- Participation in the context of multimodal, multiprofessional psychiatric treatment and support Supporting the psychotherapeutic process
- Designing and implementing the daily structure and leisure activities of the patients and patients
- Responsible for maintaining contact with relatives and confidants
- Supporting the vocational trainers in the training of learners and students on the ward
- Ideally professional experience in the areas of psychiatry and/or gerontology
- Enjoy working with patients and a high degree of responsibility
- Flexibility and resilience in a constantly developing team
- The opportunity to actively shape the nursing specialization and work on demanding specialist projects
- The chance to work on change projects together with an experienced ward management to initiate and implement the ward
