- Depending on the evaluation, forwarding the request to a suitable location in the RFSM and the entire Freiburg healthcare network
- Management of beds under the supervision of the senior area manager of care
- Promoting the FNPG brand image while respecting and respecting the values of the FNPG Ethics Charter Desired profile
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team Autonomy and responsibility Communication and negotiating skills Safety in dealing with complex situations
- At least 3 years of professional experience in psychiatric care
- Expertise in the Freiburg Social and Health Network
