- Preparation over approximately 6 months for taking over the function and subsequent transfer to the region
- Technical and personnel responsibility for the butcher shop area

Main responsibilities
- Preparation over approximately 6 months for taking over the function and subsequent transfer to the region
- Technical and personnel responsibility for the butcher shop area
- Sales promotion and personnel deployment planning
- Sales, cost, inventory and warehouse management
- Ordering, incoming goods inspections, goods presentation and scheduling
- Customer service and advice at the service counter Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the retail trade, food industry an advantage
