For the Senevita Limmatfeld in Dietikon we are looking for an employee reception 40 % Your tasks
- You are the calling card of our house and the first contact to the outside
- At the reception you provide information to the residents and help the guests or visitors
- You handle the daily post and coordinate different appointments
- For monthly billing you record various services
- You support the team with the apartment visits and contract creation
- You manage the website and are responsible for the Monthly Resident Post
