Key requirements

- Aisance with the tools of rapid prototyping and coding assisted by IA (Claude Code, Cursor, Washable, Bolt, Replit, ...)
- Using a versioning tool (Git or equivalent)
- French C1 and English B2 minimum, both in writing and oral

Application process
- The Directorate of Information Systems (DSI) is responsible for the implementation of EPFL's digital strategy: IT strategy and master plan, digitalisation of business processes, security, central infrastructure, core applications and coordination with the departments of the faculties.
- As part of the IA Admin's deployment to the Vice-President of Operations (VPO), we are looking for a task force motivated by artificial intelligence, innovation and digital transformation of administrative processes.
- Attached to the VPO-SI Head of Service — in charge of information systems for central services — you will work closely with the trades (Central Services), the teams of the DSI and the VPS, responsible for the deployment of the AI Admin at institutional level.
- This position is aimed in particular at a person at the beginning of his or her career, who has graduated from a high school (university, EPF or HES), wishing to put his or her technical skills at the service of concrete cases of use, visible and useful to the institution.
- Your mission will be to support the identification, prototyping and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for administrative processes: to understand the needs of users, to propose solutions paths and to quickly translate them into mockups, prototypes or POCs.
- Once the use cases have been validated, you will participate in their development and integration into a secure environment, focusing on EPFL's internal infrastructure.
