The Department of Dermatology and Allergology at the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur (KSW) is an established competence centre for dermatological and allergological issues in the region. With a broad range of outpatient and inpatient services, close interdisciplinary cooperation and cooperation with the Dermatological University Hospital Zurich, we offer a versatile and technically demanding working environment. As a recognized FMH training centre for dermatology and venerology (category C), we are also involved in the training of the next generation of doctors. As part of the strategic development and the targeted expansion of our department, we are looking for a senior physician dermatology and venerology immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• You are responsible for taking care of patients in our wide range of outpatient dermatological consultation hours and bring your expertise to bear in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases.
• As part of the inpatient consultancy service, you will advise the various clinics and departments of the KSW on complex dermatological issues and maintain a close interdisciplinary cooperation.
• You are involved in the supervision and further education of our assistant doctors and actively contribute to ensuring a high-quality education
• You participate in the conceptual and organizational further development of the department and have the opportunity to contribute your own specialist focus and innovative ideas
• Depending on your interest and qualifications, you can further develop existing special consultation hours, establish new offers and deepen your knowledge in the field of allergology.

Profile

• You have a CH or EU doctor’s diploma with recognition in Switzerland and have completed the specialist title Dermatology and Venerology
• A pleasant working atmosphere in the team is important to you and the empathetic treatment of patients is a matter of course for you
• Furthermore, you bring very good German skills in word and writing (language diploma B2) and have good IT skills
