- Internal organization and coordination of emergency admissions (area of short intervention and therapy)
- Active design of a resource-promoting milieu therapeutic treatment setting
- Help with the training of learners and students on the ward
- Completed, recognized vocational training in the HF/FH department (proof of recognition for foreign qualifications)
- You see the patients as the focus of your work
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably with children and young people
