- The Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich treats and cares for mentally ill people of all ages. The more than 2,500 employees of the 55 different professions make their contribution to the holistic care of patients in interdisciplinary teams, from clarification and therapy to follow-up care. Our work is based on mutual trust and personal responsibility and together we promote an innovative corporate culture. As a university clinic, we are successfully involved in national and international research projects. In the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (KJPP) in Männedorf, children aged 5 to 15 years with mental disorders are treated and cared for by an interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieutherapeutic setting. The Center for Child Psychiatry "Brüschhalde" at the Männedorf site has a modern infrastructure with a generously designed outdoor facility. It is located in the recreation area between the Pfannenstiel region and Lake Zurich. The treatment offer for our young patients includes one ward for short interventions and therapies and three psychotherapy wards with different treatment focuses. Eight treatment stations are available on each station. By agreement we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing professional or dipl. Social pedagogue / social pedagogue (children's station) 70% - 90 % Their tasks
- Active accompaniment of children and adolescents in their everyday life and in acute situations
- Ensure nursing and socio-educational care in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Interprofessional parenting, core team and reference system work
- Internal organisation and coordination of emergency departments (short intervention and therapy)
- Active design of a resource-promoting milieutherapeutic treatment setting
- Assistance in the training of learners and students on the station
- Completed, recognised vocational training in the field of HF/FH (certificate of recognition for foreign degrees)
- They see patients at the center of their work
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably with children and adolescents
- Enjoyment of active participation in the development process of the newly designed offer
- Independent work, a solution-oriented attitude and resilience distinguish you
- Willingness to provide various shift services on all days of the week (mainly early and late services)
