Would you like to return to family medicine after a professional break and are looking for flexible framework conditions? In the Schaffhausen region, a modern group practice awaits you, in which even small pens and a gradual re-entry are possible. The established group practice in the Schaffhausen region consistently focuses on basic medical care. Around twelve doctors, including assistant doctors, work together with an experienced MPA team. Clear responsibilities and structured processes support cooperation in everyday practice. Medically, the practice offers a wide range of doctors for patients of all age groups. The diagnostic infrastructure includes fully digital X-ray, several ultrasound devices, a proprietary laboratory, ECG and lung function diagnostics. The cooperation with regional hospitals and specialists complements the supply. The practice is located in a rural region of the Canton of Schaffhausen and is located directly at the train station. For doctors from Germany, the geographical proximity to the border is particularly interesting. The position thus combines a quieter working environment with good regional accessibility.

Their tasks

• GP care for patients up to high adulthood
• Diagnosis and therapy of acute, chronic and internistic diseases
• Use of existing practical diagnostics as well as carrying out small surgical procedures
• Cooperation with regional hospitals, specialists and other supply partners
• Participation in retirement home visits and in the planned cantonal emergency services

Your Competences

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine or corresponding qualification as Practical Doctor / Practical Doctor or General practitioner / General practitioner
• Enjoying a broad range of family practice and long-term support for your patients
• Team-oriented, reliable and uncomplicated way of working
• Knowledge of German at level C1 ; re-entrants are also welcome
• In the case of foreign training, we provide you with advice on medical recognition and approval via MEBEKO; within the framework of the placement, you will also receive financial support for the corresponding recognition costs.
