Do you dream of 30 minutes per patient:in? From a team with a flat hierarchy? In this family-run country doctor’s office, just 20 minutes from Zurich, care quality counts more than case numbers. I'm happy to tell you more! The family practice has been established in its rural region for eight years and continues to grow. For the most part, the team has been working together for a long time, without large hierarchies and with the aspiration to do more than the minimum. Profit maximization is not the priority. Because a doctor leaves the practice at the end of the year, a long-term reinforcement is sought from January 2027, including an option on participation / takeover if interested. The working model is clearly plannable: your colleague (80%) is absent one week per month. This week you are in practice for five days, in the remaining weeks less are possible. The company also scores points with its location: Zurich can be reached in 20 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by train.

Your Competences

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine, Practical Doctor / Practical Doctor or an equivalent title recognised in Switzerland (e.g. FA General Medicine or Internal Medicine from Germany)
• It is important to you to take time for your patients, and you value a faithful, personal patient relationship.
• Flexibility for a rhythm with one attendance week per month
• Joy of working together at eye level, without hierarchies and with a real team spirit
• German language skills at level C1
