Main responsibilities
- Writing all correspondence of the clinic regarding outpatients
- Recording and processing of diagnostic lists
- Checking, recording and triagulating file requests
- Processing and sending reports to patients, insurance companies, doctors and hospitals
- Telephone contact with internal and external postal services
- Updating, filing and archiving of patient documentation (electronic and paper) as well as management of the outpatient archive of medical histories
- Assistance in the introduction of new department-internal structures and processes
