Full description
For the ambulatory of the clinic for visceral, thoracic and vascular surgery, specifically on proctology, we are looking for 1. March 2027 or by arrangement, limited to one year, a motivated and friendly personality.
Tasks
- You open and process the office hours correspondence of the clinic for visceral, thoracic and vascular surgery as well as the proctological office hours in the KISIM.
- You organize and supervise outpatient office hours for senior doctors and work closely with experienced office hours assistants.
- You assist with proctological examinations and support the medical specialist in everyday practice.
- You ensure the availability of dressing materials, wound sets and proctological instruments and take care of their replenishment.
- You control materials and examination rooms, perform quality controls and ensure compliance with the required standards.
- You charge various medical services and process insurance inquiries.
- You offer patients in writing and by phone and coordinate appointments.
- You collect and maintain patient data in the SAP central administration system.
- You support the bed stations and assistant doctors in administrative and organizational tasks.
- You send the entire correspondence electronically and physically and take over the mail processing.
- You serve the secretarial telephone, answer inquiries competently and forward them to the competent authorities if necessary.
- You will take on further administrative and organizational tasks in the varied day-to-day business.

- Further training as medical or hospital secretary (under training or recently completed)
- Self-employed, exact and responsible work
