Full description
For the secretariat of the Institute of Emergency Medicine we are looking for 1. February 2027 or by appointment a team-oriented personality.
Tasks
- You ensure that all administrative and organisational secretarial tasks at the Waid and Triemli locations are carried out efficiently, on time and in good quality.
- You review, correct, send and archive outpatient reports and provide complete and careful documentation in the clinic information system.
- You handle demanding internal and external correspondence and are responsible for telephone and written communication with family doctors, insurance companies, internal contact persons, etc.
- You support the induction of new colleagues and promote a cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies.
Profile
- Completed commercial training and further training as medical and hospital secretary
- Professional experience in healthcare
- Strong service and service orientation and strong communication skills
- High organisational skills with good prioritisation
- Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as exact, efficient and responsible working methods
