For the clinic for cardiac surgery at the Triemli site we are looking for a reliable personality as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- You assume the main responsibility for planning and coordinating all operations of the clinic.
- You organize and supervise the office hours of the leading doctors and senior physicians, lead the patient administration and answer telephone and written inquiries from patients, family doctors, insurance companies, relatives and authorities.
- You prepare office hours, operations and insurance reports from dictates and support the senior doctors and senior physicians in administrative matters.
- You coordinate rehab connection solutions as well as transports for stationary patients and catch up with cost-benefit languages.
- You take on general secretarial tasks, including postal processing, correspondence dispatch as well as the processing of insurance enquiries and clarifications of the insurance status.
- You accompany the trainee, take on additional tasks in the team and represent colleagues in absences.
Profile
- Basic commercial training or MPA and compulsory further training as medical secretary with proven professional experience in a similar capacity
- A high degree of resilience and very good prioritization as well as strong organizational skills
- The joy of dealing with people
- Accurate, efficient and responsible work with good MS-Office knowledge
- Stylistic German in word and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
