- Completed basic medical training, ideally as medical practice assistant (MPA)
- Apprentices as well as professionally experienced persons with the desire for a more administratively oriented job are welcome.
- Also motivated lateral entrants, such as dental assistants or health professionals, are welcome
- Joy in dealing with people and a strong empathy
