- Overall responsibility for the provision of medical services along the patient's path in the Perioperative Unit (Anesthesiology, Operation, Recovery Room), Endoscopy, and HKL
- Ensuring patient safety, treatment quality, and patient-centered processes
- Specialist in Anesthesiology with clinical experience
- Experience in the Swiss healthcare system and in ambulatory settings Leadership experience
Main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the provision of medical services along the patient's path in the Perioperative Unit (Anesthesiology, Operation, Recovery Room), Endoscopy, and HKL
- Ensuring patient safety, treatment quality, and patient-centered processes
- Personal and professional leadership of medical and nursing areas (including recruitment, employee interviews)
- Promoting constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional cooperation and a professional work environment
- Promoting professional development and knowledge transfer within the team Requirements
