- You ensured a warm and smooth patient reception and are the first point of contact for our patients, who are always in good hands with you
- You will independently carry out laboratory diagnostics and help to gain important insights for medical care (Fuji DriChem, Sysmex, Afias)
- You implement the medically ordered diagnostic and therapeutic measures professionally and thus contribute to a holistic healing
- You perform administrative tasks and ensure clean documentation (reporting from dictates)
- You have completed training as a medical assistant – and you feel at home in this profession You are confident in dealing with MS Office (Axenita practice software skills are a plus) You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a welcome bonus You show high flexibility and resilience and are always service-oriented You are communicative, approach patients openly and always professionally You enjoy dealing with people and a high level of empathy Your personality: Friendly, empathetic and service-oriented Reliable and well-organized team capable and flexible Maintained appearance with positive charisma
