You would like to move from Germany to Switzerland as a family doctor and are looking for professional breadth, modern diagnostics and attractive development opportunities? This established group practice offers you a professional environment with a fixed salary, possible revenue share and further education opportunities. Here you work in a medical environment that consciously focuses on comprehensive primary care. Instead of focusing on individual specialist areas, the team accompanies patients on a long-term basis and across different phases of life. Around twelve doctors, including doctors in further education, form the medical basis of the practice together with a well-established MPA team. For diagnosis and treatment, an extensive infrastructure is available for a family practice. These include several ultrasound devices, fully digital X-ray, a proprietary laboratory, ECG and lung function diagnostics. As a result, numerous investigations can be carried out directly on site. In addition, there is a cooperation with hospitals and specialized medical partners in the region. The practice is also clearly set up organizationally: tasks and responsibilities are distributed within the team, including medical management and retirement home visits. The location in the Canton of Schaffhausen is located directly on the train station and in a region close to the German border – interesting for doctors who want to combine work in Switzerland with good regional accessibility.

Their tasks

• Independent care of a versatile spectrum of patients in primary care
• Detection and treatment of general medical and internistic diseases using existing practical diagnostics
• Care for acute cases as well as small surgical treatments and wound care
• Long-term medical support for patients and cooperation with external specialists
• Assumption of defined additional tasks in the team, including participation in retirement and emergency services

Your Competences

• Specialist title in general internal medicine or a corresponding qualification as a practitioner / practitioner or general practitioner / general practitioner
• Broad general medical or internistic background
• Experience in minor surgical procedures is welcome
• Interest in self-responsible patient care and long-term doctor-patient relationships
• Collegial, pragmatic working method and knowledge of German at level C1
• In the case of a foreign education, we accompany and support you in an advisory and financial manner in the MEBEKO recognition or the necessary approval steps.
